We strive to ensure that all live insects arrive in excellent condition. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to shipments sent via Priority Mail or 2-Day Shipping. Orders shipped using any other method are not covered under this guarantee due to potential delays and environmental factors that may affect the health of the insects.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If any of your insects are dead on arrival (DOA), please follow these steps to request a resolution:
Timeframe: You must email us at [Your Email Address] within 2 hours of delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier.
Proof of DOA: Include a clear picture of the dead insects in the original packaging. This allows us to verify the condition and process your claim.

Exclusions from Live Arrival Guarantee
路 Delays caused by the shipping carrier or extreme weather conditions.
路 Failure to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery.
路 Insects left outside or exposed to unsuitable conditions after delivery.
Order Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the package on the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.
